These three bowls are an absolute delight during the ‘sunny’ days of the British summertime.
- For the base of the first smoothie bowl, i blended some frozen bananas, a handful of spinach, a spoonful of raw cacao powder and a generous splash of almond milk. Then for the toppings, I added some raspberries, banana slices, granola, cacao nibs, a dollop of peanut butter, some coconut flakes, and then I finished it with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
- For the base of the second smoothie bowl, I blended some frozen bananas, some frozen raspberries, some berry blast powder, and some hazelnut milk. For the toppings, I again went for some raspberries, with some banana slices, coconut flakes, one medjool date, granola, cacao nibs, some peanut butter, and a magnificent giant apricot.
- For the base of the third smoothie bowl, I blended some frozen bananas, a handful of spinach and a handful of kale, two slices of ginger, and some coconut water. For the toppings, I chose some vegan chocolate biscuit bites, banana slices, granola, cacao nibs, lots of coconut flakes, and a gorgeous nectarine.
